Neighborhood House recently broke ground on the High Point Neighborhood Center, a 20,000-square foot, LEED certified building that will transform the High Point community in West Seattle.
Described by Van Jones, author of The New York Times bestseller, The Green Collar Economy, as “an extraordinary, bold, breakout move that changes the agenda for the country,” the building will employ many energy-saving technologies while serving thousands of low- and moderate-income residents.
