Staff
Staff at the High Point Center, like all Neighborhood House staff, reflect the communities we serve. High Point Center staff speak nine languages; Neighborhood House staff throughout all of our other locations speak over 40 languages. Many are leaders in their own communities, allowing clients to receive assistance by a respected community member who can relate to their challenges and experiences.
Our skilled and experienced staff have also developed Neighborhood House's innovative service model No Wrong Door. All frontline staff are trained to implement core case management, which ensures that all clients are referred properly to our multifaceted, culturally appropriate programs and services.
Previous Location
Though most Neighborhood Staff have moved into the new High Point Center, some staff will remain at the previous location at the West Seattle Food Bank (6558 35th Ave. SW). To contact those staff, please call the High Point Center at (206) 588-4900 and a Neighborhood House representative will assist you.
