Who puts on the programs and services at the HPC?
Neighborhood House puts on the majority of the programs and services at the High Point Center. However, a variety of partner organizations (Seattle Housing Authority, High Point Neighborhood Association, Catholic Community Services, among many others) put on programs to create a comprehensive web of services.

What does LEED Gold mean?
Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design is an internationally recognized rating system to promote sustainable construction and design standards.
Points are awarded in six major categories (Energy and Atmosphere, Indoor Environmental Quality, Innovation and Design, Materials and Resources, Sustainable Sites, and Water Efficiency) and then translated into certification levels: Certified, Silver, Gold and Platinum.

Can I schedule a tour of the HPC for my class?
Promoting environmental learning of the center’s unique sustainable features has been designed into the building’s very layout, structure and construction. To learn more about the Living Green Curriculum and to schedule a class tour, please call the center's main line at 206-588-4900.
What are the HPC's hours of operation?
The High Point Center is open during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. You can find out more at our Visitor Information Page.
Can I host an event at the HPC?
The High Point Center is a public building designed for the community. To host an event, please contact the HPC at 206-588-4900, Ext. 613.
