Living at High Point
High Point is a master-planned neighborhood with a beautiful mix of homes nestled among 20 acres of parks, playgrounds and community services. Situated on 120 acres in the middle of West Seattle, High Point is one of the region’s most diverse and environmentally friendly neighborhoods.
Completely redeveloped by the Seattle Housing Authority in 2001, High Point has been the most successful neighborhood makeover in the city’s history and one that has attracted regional, national and international acclaim.
Phase I construction is already complete with 825 units occupied by approximately 2,000 residents. When Phase II is completed in 2010, High Point will be home to over 4,000 people living in a mixed-income community that is one of the most environmentally progressive in the country.
