112th Anniversary What Most Matters Most Breakfast

Wednesday, March 28 | 7:30 - 9 a.m.

Rise and help our community shine! Share the success of Neighborhood House’s work in Seattle and King County at our signature breakfast event. Spend your morning helping us raise funds for our critical programs, welcome new friends to Neighborhood House, and reconnect with each other over a cup of coffee.

We’ll cover breakfast, you invest in our mission. Suggested day-of-event donation is $125 per person.

Keynote Speaker: Humaira Abid

Humaira Abid is a Pakistan-born and Seattle-based artist and sculptor. She has appeared in numerous publications, including the Stranger's Arts & Performances Quarterly magazine, as well as documentaries produced by PBS KCTS 9 and Bellevue Arts Museum. Her work has been exhibited nationally and internationally, such as in Malaysia, India, Kenya, Germany, United Kingdom, and Pakistan.

Performance by: Noelle Price

Noelle Price moved to Seattle in 2015 after receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Western Michigan University.
Price dedicates her life to community, believing that representation pushes others like herself to succeed.

She’s developed projects in Kalamazoo, MI including establishing the Art for Change Scholarship through the Black Arts and Cultural Center. She’s set work in Full Tilt (Evoke Productions), the Men in Dance Adjudicating Showcase, Tint Dance Festival, self-produced the evening length work “An Ode to Marlin” in 2016 and danced in 2016-17 for Karin Stevens. She will be dancing for Maya Soto and Nico Tower in the upcoming work Beautiful Carcass. Price is also the Artistic Director of PRICEarts N.E.W. ensemble and teaches youth and adult classes at eXitSPACE and Washington School of Dance.

The piece she will be performing is titled, Searching. It is a direct response to Humaira Abid's Searching for Home.
