Van Jones to Deliver Keynote Address at May 14 Breakfast Event
Van Jones, the civil rights activist and founder and president of Green for All, will speak to his vision for social justice in a sustainable future at the Neighborhood House 7th Annual Breakfast Celebration May 14 — and to how everyone in America can be a part of this revolutionary movement.
Liberation — from the environmental degradation that scars our planet, and from the social inequality that plagues our cities. Van Jones finds a common solution in our effort to free ourselves from these complex and troubling issues. Jones champions green economic development as a means to promote social justice, empower working Americans, and preserve our fragile environment.
By investing in sustainable technologies, building eco-friendly industry and training a green-collar workforce, Jones envisions a revolutionary future — a “green wave, that can lift all boats.”
